Water pours from the spout, over the tier, and into the base while a light highlights the fountain from the water. Base is crafted of durable resin with a cement finish. In all of our water fountains, a standard 110v outlet is required for the quiet, long-lasting, powerful, adjustable-flow water pump that is included. All of our water fountains are re-circulating and do not need an outside water source.
